we are family of 2, 4y old traveling for the first time to disworld. which is better 4d with 1d per park or 5d with 2d for MagicKingdom. is there a list of most popular attractions per park for 4 year olds (42in height). which park has fireworks.

Hi there, Pavan! Welcome to planDisney!

Taking your little one to the Walt Disney World Resort for the very first time is every bit as magical for us parents as it is for the kids. Seeing your child take it all in will just melt your heart!

When it comes to choosing the length of your vacation and which theme parks you'd like to visit, the Magic Kingdom Park is always a winner for young children. There's so much for them to see and do there, and it truly is the most magical of all the parks. It also happens to have the most attractions of any Walt Disney World theme park, so a second day at the Magic Kingdom just gives you that much more time to explore it all.

And speaking of all the great attractions for little ones, Disney has put together a helpful guide for parents of preschoolers with some ideas that will surely spark your imagination. Another way to find rides that are a perfect fit for your 4-year-old is to check the Attractions list and filter by height. At 42 inches tall, your Mouseketeer can hop aboard more attractions than you might think!

Since fireworks are on your wish list, you'll want to end your day with Disney Enchantment at the Magic Kingdom Park and Harmonious at EPCOT. Both shows just started wowing Guests this month, and your little one is sure to love them!

Pavan, I hope this helps you plan the best vacation ever at the Walt Disney World Resort. Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney, and we'll see ya again real soon!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
