Get ready to travel the seas, mate, I’ve got some great news for you. You’ll be happy to hear that
tickets can be linked to more than one account. Which means, if you are the one purchasing everyone's ticket, each person will still be able to link their own ticket to their mobile app, as long as each person has a
Disney account.
Jennifer, I’ll be more than happy to help walk you through the steps
to link the tickets to more than one account. What you will want to do is open the
Disneyland mobile app and tap on the three horizontal lines near the bottom right of the screen to reach the main menu. You will then select "Tickets and Passes" and then the “+” symbol near the upper right corner of this screen. After that, select “Link Tickets & Passes.” You can enter the number manually or scan the barcode for each ticket with your phone’s camera. If you follow these steps and are still unable to link your tickets, I recommend
calling the Ticket Service line. A Cast Member there will be able to further assist you.
