Our family is obsessed with the ocean and sea creatures (not just The Little Mermaid but actual real marine life) how can we incorporate this into our next trip as much as possible before our cruise?

Hellooooooo, Nicolas [said in my best whale voice]!

It sounds like you are totally going to "Crush" your next vacation! I'm so excited to share my favorite marine attractions at the Walt Disney World Resort with you because, like Moana, I'm a girl who loves the sea.

First, let's dive into World Nature at EPCOT. I suggest starting off with a gentle cruise on Living with the Land, where you'll pass by aquaculture tanks filled with animals like hybrid striped bass and tilapia. Next, I recommend boarding The Seas with Nemo & Friends "clamobile", where you'll see your favorite friends from Pixar's Finding Nemo swimming alongside real marine life (Pro tip: Look out for hidden Mickeys!). The attraction conveniently drops you off at SeaBase, which houses a fin-tastic aquarium offering views of fish feedings and the Manatee Rehabilitation Center. Grab one of the complimentary scavenger hunt booklets, Finding Dory's Friends, to explore the exhibits and help Dory remember her marine friends. You may see sea turtles chowing down on lettuce, reef fish "schooling", coral reefs creating habitat for fish, and sand tiger sharks and spotted eagle rays prowling the sea floor.

During a recent visit, I loved looking into the SeaBase laboratory window to see Disney aquatic wildlife experts and conservationists' coral conservation work saving Florida's coral reefs from the rapid spread of stony coral tissue loss disease. If looking at all of these critters through glass doesn't quench your thirst, I suggest taking the plunge and diving and swimming alongside them. Unfortunately, from late January through March 2023, EPCOT Seas Adventures- Dolphins in Depth and DiveQuest will be closed for refurbishment, but check your My Disney Experience app to see when these unique experiences are available for a future visit.

Finally, I suggest wrapping up your day in EPCOT with a so-fish-ticated meal at Coral Reef Restaurant, where every table has a view of a living coral reef with over 2,000 sea creatures. Don't worry about Bruce saying, "fish are friends, not food," because Disney serves 100% environmentally responsible seafood at the Walt Disney World Resort.

I love going on vacation knowing that Disney is simultaneously inspiring all of us to treasure and protect the magic of nature and investing in nature-based climate solutions to support our sea creature friends. Let "minnow" if you need anything else.

May the magic be with you!
