My family and I are not going to florida till April 2019, will the tickets be ok to use if bought now? Do the tickets expire!?

    Hi Terri,

I love that you're planning your trip so far in advance. You're definitely a Mouseketeer after my own heart! To me, it's great to have as much time as possible to dream about and plan for your vacation to the most magical place on earth!

I'm happy to let you know that yes, if you purchase your theme park tickets now, you'll be able to use them next April. Tickets purchased now are valid through December 31, 2019, but it's also important to know that all of your days must be used within 14 days of your ticket's first use to avoid having any days expire. By purchasing your tickets now and linking them to your My Disney Experience account, you'll be all set and ready to make your FastPass+ selections 60 days before your arrival if you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel and 30 days ahead of time if you're staying elsewhere. Don't forget that you're able to make dining reservations 180 days ahead of time, too! By planning early, you'll have the most availability to choose from!

While dates have not yet been released, it's likely that the 2019 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival will be going on during your visit. Not only are the plethora of colorful blooms GORGEOUS to see, but there will be lots of delicious food, fun entertainment, and special events as part of it. I'd definitely encourage you to spend some time at Epcot during your visit!

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Terri, and please let us know if you have any other questions as you're planning your trip. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
