Ahoy, Bethan! Welcome to planDisney, where my pals and I are happy to answer your questions. Thank you for sailing our way!
Your holiday is quickly approaching and I am more than a little jealous about your itinerary! I had the pleasure of sailing on the
Disney Magic this past May, and I know that you will have a fabulous time onboard and at your incredible ports of call.
Currently, there are two ways to find out about the themed nights prior to setting sail. You can
contact a Disney Cruise Line Guest Services Agent to inquire, or you can ask us here! We'll give you the most up-to-date information that we have. As your cruise director puts the final details into place for your unique voyage, there may be some information that you won't know until you step aboard. Entertainment is also subject to change at any time. For instance, sometimes the schedules are changed to take advantage of optimal weather conditions.
The pirates I've encountered onboard the Disney Cruise Line prefer to pillage, plunder, rifle and loot in warmer waters. But you know who the cold never bothers? Elsa and her Frozen friends! You can expect one night onboard to include special Frozen-themed entertainment, including dinner and a
Deck Party (if weather permits).
You can expect the second night of your voyage to be a suggested formal attire evening, the fifth night to be Frozen-themed, and the final night of your sailing to be a suggested semi-formal attire evening. The remaining evenings will be "cruise casual" for the dress code. I hope that helps as you prepare to pack your luggage for an incredible adventure at sea! Please keep in mind that the schedule is subject to change. You can prepare for your sailing by downloading the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app before leaving home. When you are onboard the ship, you can use the app to view the daily activity schedule and the suggested attire for each evening.
Bethan, please cruise our way again if you have further questions. We are here and happy to help!
Bon Voyage,
Adrianna
