Hello from across the pond, Mark! Welcome to planDisney! Oh boy! I'm so thrilled to hear that you have a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth coming up soon! I imagine you're counting down the days. January is one of my favorite times of year to visit the Happiest Place on Earth and was actually when we took our two young boys for the very first time - which made me fall in love with Disneyland in a whole new way.
I'm sorry you've encountered a little bump in the road as you're preparing for your magical visit to Disneyland. But I can assure you, you are not alone, and this very thing has happened to me too! It's a little alarming but should be an easy fix!
First things first, if you have a travel agent who is assisting you with your Disneyland Resort vacation planning, reach out to them and see how they may be able to support you!
To check your park reservations yourself, log into your Disney account on the
Disneyland website and within the "My Disneyland" drop-down menu at the far right of the top navigation bar, select "My Plans." From here, click the "Manage Reservation" box to the right of your park day, and confirm there is a reservation for the park you desire on that specific date. If not, you should be able to modify your reservation from here, if there is park availability.
If you still are having trouble accessing your
park reservation, Mark, I suggest reaching out to Guest Services either by
giving them a call or initiating a chat from the
"Help" page on the Disneyland website. The help chat box hovers on the right-hand side of your screen and is a great resource to connect with a friendly and helpful Cast Member who can assist you. I use it all the time!
I hope I was able to answer your question, Mark, and you've got your park reservations all settled now! But if you're still feeling stuck, please don't hesitate to
send us another question, and we'd be happy to help! Or let us share more of our tips and recommendations for a truly magical time in Disneyland, like maybe where to find the best seasonal treats or some strategies to make sure you hit all your top priorities.
See you real soon!
Warmest wishes,
McCayla
