Our family of 4 (Mom , Dad, Girls age 7 & 4) is travelling to Disney and would like to know the best place to stay. I would like to try either Animal Kingdom Lodge or the Polynesian.Which would you suggest for overall experience? We have stayed at the S

Hi Gillian! Your question got cut off, but I'll do my best to answer it. Please feel free to ask me any further questions you may have!

Both are absolutely wonderful resorts, but given the choice I would choose the Polynesian. I would choose to stay here for the proximity to the Magic Kingdom and the monorail access. This resort is within walking distance to the Transportation and Ticket Center (or monorail) for easy transportation to Epcot. You can also watch the Electrical Water Pageant and Wishes from the beach at night. If a stay here fits within your budget, I would absolutely recommend giving this tropical paradise a try.

The Animal Kingdom Lodge is also a beautiful resort. The big draw here of course is the savannah and the opportunity to see wild animals from your balcony or the look-out areas around the resort.

However, for the overall Disney experience I would still go with the Polynesian. There is nothing like taking a walk around your resort and being able to see Cinderella Castle in the distance!

Good luck with your decision. I hope that whatever you choose, you have a magical vacation!
