My family is going on a Mexican Riveria Disney Cruise this April and am looking for a hotel to stay the night before we depart on the cruise. Is there a hotel that you recommend that will make it easy for us to get to the port on time...shuttles, etc.?

    Hi Michelle!

Ahhh, the warm and sunny Mexican Riviera!  I have personally never sailed that particular itinerary before, but I have many friends who LOVE it and highly recommend it.  Of course, in my opinion, anywhere that you sail on the Disney Cruise Line is pure magic.  I'm not sure if this is your first Disney Cruise or not, but be prepared to be spoiled rotten!

Without a doubt, I suggest staying in a Disneyland Resort Hotel on the night before you set sail.  You can book it directly through the Disney Cruise Line and book the transportation to the port as well.  The area surrounding the port is not extremely family friendly, and I would hate to see you disappointed with your accommodations.  On the other hand, a Disneyland Resort hotel is a pixie dusted, fabulous, amazing way to kick off your vacation - enjoy!

    Much pixie dust,
