Hi April,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Vacation memories are just as important to my family as the actual vacation, so we are huge
Memory Maker fans!
As long as you are linked to the other family's My Disney Experience Account and have selected to share your photos, then you should be able to see all of the pictures taken. You do not have to be together for every photo. As long as someone scans a MagicBand with the
PhotoPass photographer after taking the picture, the photos should automatically link to your My Disney Experience Account. The person who has the download privileges can download all of the photos when you are ready.
Occasionally, a photo may not automatically populate. If this happens, you can stop by a Disney PhotoPass location and a cast member can help you locate it. You will just need to know the location and general time the photo was taken. If you leave the parks and discover a photo is missing, you can also call to speak a PhotoPass Guest Support team member at 407-560-4300. After our last visit, we realized that one photo still had not appeared, so I called. The cast member was unable to locate it, but submitted an additional request for someone else to investigate. A few days later, I received notification that they found the photo and it appeared in My Disney Experience Account. We were ecstatic - it was a photo of our girls riding Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin all by themselves for the first time.
April, be sure to check the
expiration date on your photos so that you download them before they expire. Happy Memory Making!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
