I have family members that lives in the area. We decided to stay in a Disney resort. It is ok to do a little grocery shopping to bring to the Hotel? ( Milk, Snacks, Fruits, Drinks) How big is the mini fridge in the hotel room?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Ingrid. Thank you for stopping by to bring us your question.

Ingrid, you are more than welcome to bring some food to your resort hotel room! My crew loves being able to grab a quick breakfast on the way out, so we don’t have to stop to eat early in the day; unless we have a special breakfast reservation of course! But on those rope-drop, fun-filled days, we just want to hit the ground running as soon as we get to the theme parks. And having some breakfast in the room is the best way for us to do that.

The mini-fridges at most standard resort hotel rooms resemble dorm-room type fridges. They’re not full sized, but you’ll have enough room for a few items that might need to remain refrigerated. I’d try to get single serve items as much as possible to maximize your space as larger items might not fit as well. And those single serve items are great to take on the go.

If you are looking for some delivery options, I’ve heard good things about Garden Grocer and Instacart. A quick online search will pop up more details on these services that I know deliver to the resort.

I hope this information was helpful! For any additional planning tips or advice, be sure to stop by and see us.

    Wishing you a magical day,

    Emille ºoº
