Some of my family members are listed more than once under My Friends and Family List. Is there a way to consolidate them online?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Amy! My Disney Experience is an essential tool for planning Walt Disney World Resort vacation. From ticket to Disney Resort reservations, it streamlines all your plans in one place and hooks them up to your MagicBand.

Recently, I decided to check up on my Friends and Family list once My Disney Experience unveiled its new design and look. I found that a few of my family members were duplicated and some I wanted to remove. With a quick call to Website Support at (407) 939-4357, I had the problem remedied. The friendly Cast Members on the other side were able to access my account and confirm the merging of profiles and remove the unwanted items. After you smooth out your friend and family list, I’m sure you’ll be able to continue planning with the greatest of ease. As you are choosing places to visit in Walt Disney World Resort, be sure to consider Pandora: The World of Avatar with its glowing gardens and one of a kind flying experience in Avatar: Flight of Passage.

If I can help you plan another aspect of your trip, please let me know. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
