Welcome, Ann! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question for us.
I’m sorry to hear you have not received your annual pass refunds, yet other family members in your household have already received theirs. I recommend that you contact Annual Passholders Service at (714) 781-PASS (7277) and speak with a Cast Member who will gladly assist you in obtaining your refund.
While I was initially saddened by the news that Disneyland Resort had sunsetted their Annual Passport program, I’m really looking forward to hearing about future membership offerings when more information becomes available.
Did you know that Passholders who held active Passports as of March 14, 2020 (last year’s park closure date) are entitled to
benefits and discounts at Downtown Disney District through March 11, 2021? Also, have you heard about
A Touch of Disney, a new limited-time experience at Disney California Adventure Park starting March 18, 2021? During this unique experience, Guests will be able to roam around various parts of Disney California Adventure Park including Buena Vista Street, Hollywood Land, Grizzly Peak, Cars Land, Pacific Wharf, Pixar Pier, and Paradise Gardens Park. Guests will also be treated to special sightings of some of their favorite Characters. I can’t wait to see my pal Mickey as it’s been way too long. Even though attractions (rides) will remain closed during
A Touch of Disney, however, carefully crafted entertainment, unique photo opportunities and many Character sightings will be available for Guests to enjoy! Tickets went on sale on March 4, 2021 and sold out within hours. But fret not! According to Disneyland Resort, dates, ticket availability and prices for
A Touch of Disney will be released on a rolling basis until the experience ends so if you’re interested, I suggest checking
Disneyland Resort website periodically!
If you have more questions for us, Ann, please don’t hesitate to swing by planDisney again. We’re all EARS to assist you.
See ya real soon,
Kiki
