I have all of my family members on my app, they do not have access to their own tickets. How do I share so that we remain linked in the same party, but multiple members can try to book lightning lanes, genie + etc. at the same time to maximize our chances?

    Hi Lexi,

    Welcome back to planDisney!

It sounds like you are managing everyone's plans in your MyDisney account. If so, you need to have at least one person create their own MyDisney account. Once they do so, you should be able to connect with their new account in your Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. From the website, once you click on the link for the Family & Friends List, just click to Add a Guest and then enter their information. Once you are connected, you should be able to reassign their ticket(s) to the new profile/account.

When your family member or friend does create that profile and you are linked, you will need to make sure they can see and make plans for the guest profiles that you manage. From your Family & Friends List, just scroll until you find your friend's new profile that is connected. You should see an option that says Allow [name] to make plans for your Managed Profiles. Click on the tab that says Connect My Managed Profiles.

If you have trouble, feel free to contact a cast member in Website Support. I had a situation a while back. My husband had an old MyDisney account but I needed to manage his tickets. I called a cast member who was able to assist me. It was especially helpful because we had dining reservations, theme park reservations, tickets, etc. and the cast member was able to keep all of those linked to the profile I needed to manage under my account.

As you plan for a group, I will also encourage you to make sure you have some advanced dining reservations. These are simply a must-do for my family. I truly enjoy the dining experiences at the Walt Disney World® Resort, so we take that dining reservation booking window very seriously!

Lexi, I hope this helps! Have the group members actually check out the menus of the dining locations you want to visit so that everyone knows what they can order at the restaurant. Just visit the homepage of each restaurant and click on View Menu. We always review the menus before arrival because one of our girls has some significant food allergies so we want to be sure she can find something to eat at each dining location!

    Magic and memories,
