Diane from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have a 10 family member trip set for September but I need to go back to invite family so they can link their magic bands and I can’t figure out how to do that. Can you please explain.

Hey there, Diane! Welcome to the planDisney panel, and thank you so much for stopping by! It sounds like you have a fantastic family vacation on the horizon, and your family is so lucky to have you at the helm, in charge of their plans! I am so happy to help you navigate My Disney Experience, as it is undoubtedly the best way to get organized with every member of your travel party before your next trip!

To allow others to be included in your amazing Disney plans, you will need them to be listed within your Family & Friends list. For reference, I found an FAQ that should help navigate the process.

As the list “owner,” you should log into your My Disney Experience account to view your Family & Friends list. Next, you should scroll to the bottom of the Family and Friends list and click on “Add a Guest.” Here, you can enter their e-mail address if they are 13 and older, which should prompt an invitation, which they will then be able to accept! Minors do not view or manage plans, so they do not require an invitation. If this does not resolve the issue, contact Disney Reservations by phone for further guidance!

Diane, I hope you find this information helpful! Remember that you can start making dining reservations 60 days before your vacation if staying at a Disney Resort Hotel! Also, check out the Experience Updates pages to read about all the latest availability of attractions and experiences!

Please come back to see us if we can be of any more help in the future!

    See ya real soon!
