Oh, you have your very own Fairy Godmother for your upcoming visit to
Walt Disney World! How magical!
Believe it or not, enabling one person to take care of payment for everyone's charges is super-simple. Have that guest sign into the
Disney Account that is associated with their
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel reservation. If online, hover over the My Disney Experience tab on the far right, then select "Profile." Once on that new page, you'll see "Payment Methods"--that's where a guest can add a credit card. If using the My Disney Experience App, select the "hamburger" icon--the three horizontal lines stacked on top of each other--in the bottom right corner. Scroll down to "Account", then select "Profile." Payment Methods will be in that list as well.
Next, everyone in your party should be linked in the Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. When that main guest adds a credit card to the hotel account, they can give everyone the ability to charge to that hotel account. Our favorite way to make this happen is to use our
MagicBand+. This way, even the teens can pick up a Mickey's Premium Ice Cream Sandwich while poolside at the resort or stop for an order of Mini Corn Dogs from Magic Kingdom's
Casey's Corner without any worries over carrying cash or a credit card.
As for those time-saving
Lightning Lane Passes, Family & Friends who are planning together are able to make those purchases for the entire group. When traveling with family or friends, I'll make those purchases as soon as they are available and will select everyone in my party. Prior to checkout, I'll confirm that everyone is included, then finalize that purchase. It's so easy!
