Greetings Misti and welcome to planDisney!
I know the sinking feeling that you can get when you realize you have hit the submit button to lock in your plans and then you need to make changes later! But like
Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, Goofy is going to get this train back on the right track!
Misti, you can transfer a ticket to another person, as long as that ticket hasn’t been used yet. The new ticket holder will need to be linked to you on your “My Family & Friends” list. Log into your
My Disney Experience website and hover over My Disney Experience in the top right-hand corner. On the drop down select “My Plans and Tickets”. Find the ticket you want to change and tap “Reassign Ticket”. If any part of the ticket has been used, it cannot be transferred.
If you want to do this from the
My Disney Experience Mobile app, click the “My Tickets & Passes”, and find the ticket you want to change. Scroll down and you will see the “Reassign Ticket” option.
If you are still having issues getting the ticket assigned to the proper person in your family, call the
Reservations & Tickets phone number and a friendly Cast Member will help you!
Misti, don’t forget to mark down on your calendar your 60-day mark to make
advanced dining reservations for your trip! Guests with a valid Disney Resort Hotel reservation can make dining plans up to 60 days in advance for their entire length of stay for up to a 10-night stay!
Misti, nothing can stop us now! Have a magical trip and enjoy a Mickey Bar or two!
Kurt
