We have a family member that lives in FL and wants to purchase the 4 day passes for our family. How strict are they on making you present proof of residency when entering the parks. Can the kids still use the discounted tickets if they are under 18?

Hello, Amy!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

Your family member is quite generous in wanting to purchase tickets for you and your family members at a discounted price.  However, this program is not meant for that.  This program was created so that state and city locals could come and enjoy the parks throughout the year.  I am quite sure it happens, but I have seen guests being directed to the ticket booths since they could not provide proof of Florida residency.  You will need to pay the difference.  You will run the risk at the gates and this is a risk I would not suggest.  In the words of Jiminy Cricket ...
