I have a Family member that isn't able to go anymore so she wanted to try to give her ticket to her son instead, are we able to change the name on the tickets?

    Hey Tami!
    Welcome to planDisney!
You’ve picked a really great time for a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. I’ll be visiting the same weekend as you to say goodbye to Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. It’s been such an amazing holiday season with all of the decorations at both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. Please make sure you spend some time in Cars Land as they really outdid themselves with the decorations this year. I highly recommend you stop by at night.
I’m sorry to hear that one of your family members is not able to go anymore. You’ll be happy to hear that her son will be able to use her ticket in her place as long as the ticket is new and unused. At the Disneyland Resort, tickets are not actually assigned until you scan into the parks at the turnstiles. At that time, a Cast Member will take your picture and assign the ticket to the guest. Even though it’s not necessary, you can call Ticket Services ahead of time if you would like to change the name on the ticket.
Well Tami, don’t forget to wear your best Christmas attire to the parks!
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
