A family member can't come to Disney World due to Covid. Can I get a refund?

Greetings Michael! Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question.

I am so excited to hear that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few days. But I am so sorry to hear that someone from your travel party is under the weather.

Typically, Theme Park tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable. But due to COVID, the ticket cancellation policy has been altered. I am referring you to the Parks and Tickets: Know Before You Go website. Please scroll down to the “Tickets” section for the latest updated policy information on how to modify or cancel the ticket. If you need to discuss your options with a helpful Cast Member, you can contact the Disney Reservation Center.

Wishing your family member a speedy recovery and a happy and safe trip for you to enjoy The World’s Most Magical Celebration.

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
