family member bought us all magic keys how would we link them to our disney account?

Hi Jesus, welcome to planDisney and the Magic Key family!

Being a Magic Key passholder is an enchanting experience. There's something special about visiting the Disneyland Resort knowing you can return again and again. The discounts on food and merchandise, and the extra benefits throughout the year, are like sprinkles of pixie dust.

Now, Jesus, let's make sure you and your family are all set up with your Magic Key passes. The passes should already show up in the account of the person who purchased the passes. However, you'll want to add the pass to your account as well, so you can manage your own reservations, visit the parks on your own, and more. You'll need to coordinate with the person who purchased the pass to get the ID number of your Magic Key pass, which they can see in their account or find in the confirmation email from the purchase.

You can link the pass to your account on the Disneyland Resort website or the Disneyland mobile app. On the website, sign into your Disney account and hover over “My Disneyland” in the main menu bar. Select “Link Tickets and Passes,” type in your pass ID number in the box, and click “Link Main Entrance Pass." On the app, you'd tap the icon at the bottom with the three horizontal lines (≡) and select the “My Tickets & Passes” section. Tap the “+” symbol in the top right corner and then tap “Link Tickets & Passes” to add the pass. Tap "Type ID" and manually type the number. You can use your camera to scan the barcode.

Jesus, this is a great year to have a Magic Key pass! I'm especially looking forward to the 70th Anniversary Celebration kicking off in May. Expect vibrant decorations, limited-edition merchandise, and wondrous entertainment. There will be much more to look forward to throughout the year, too, such as the California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, Halloween Time, and the Holidays! Follow the Disneyland Magic Key Instagram account to get the latest news.

I hope your year at the Disneyland Resort is filled with happy memories and fun for the whole family, Jesus! If you have any other questions, please let us know. We love to help.
