Welcome to planDisney, Terry!
I think planning a Disney Cruise is almost as fun as the vacation itself, and it’s wonderful to have something exciting to look forward to! When my family took our first
European cruise, I spent months reading about the different ports of call, exploring Disney Port Adventures, and filling my wardrobe with European-friendly outfits. I loved every minute of it.
New itineraries are typically released 15 to 18 months in advance. But the only person who really knows this information is Disney, and they like to keep us on our toes. It’s a good idea to bookmark the
Disney Parks Blog for updates. They are quick to report the latest Disney Cruise Line news and updates. The information is also shared on Disney's official social media sites.
In the meantime, you can also check your Disney Profile email preferences to ensure that any cruise news arrives in your inbox. On any Disney site, sign in, select your name, and click on “Manage MyDisney Account.” Then, look for “Email Preferences” and select “Manage Your Email Subscriptions.” Make sure you’re subscribed to Disney Cruise Line emails.
Terry, happy planning! If you have any more questions, you know where to find us! My friends and I are excited to share our traveling tips and tricks with you.
SEAS the adventure!
