Hi moms! family making 1st trip august 5th for 5 days if we decide to add 1 or 2 nights say right before the 45 day window before arriving or once we are actually there can we do so? how does that work?

    Hello Janette!

WOO HOO...your first Walt Disney World Vacation!  Your family is going to have SO much fun!

The answer to your question is YES!  However, adding extra days to your Walt Disney Resort reservation is totally based on room availability.  If you add extra days on to your vacation before the 45 day window and there are rooms available, then you will be adding these extra days onto your existing reservation.  Just call 407-W-DISNEY and speak to a Cast Member to help you make that change.

If you want to add extra days to your vacation when you are here in August, you will need to make a brand new reservation by calling 407-W-DISNEY.  Again, booking a room will be based on availability.  Because this will be a new reservation, there will be no guarantee you will be able to stay in the same resort room or at the same resort.

I hope this helps in your planning!  If you have other questions, please let me know!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
