My family and I are making our first trip to Disney in Jan 09. We have purchased the dining plan. Should we squeeze in a character meal every day to get the most benefit out of the dining plan or is this too much with twin four year olds? Thanks!

When we have had the dining plan we have done a character meal every other day during our stay.  It's really difficult to get our kids to stop in the middle of the day to go to a character meal.  We try to either schedule one for Breakfast or for Dinner.  I would recommend Mickey's Backyard BBQ as it doesn't seem like a formal character meal.  It's so much fun!! The kids can dance with the Disney Characters and get pictures along with signatures.  The interactive meals seemed to worked the best when my kids were 4, waiting for the characters to come to the table was at times difficult.  My girls would become impatient.  I hope you have a fabulous trip!!
