As a family we love dining at different Disney locations but have never tried Cinderella's Royal Table. Do you think this is a good experience for us - we have a son of 12, and no daughters! Is it on the Dining Plan? Thank you.

Hi Susan and welcome to the Mom's Panel!

Cinderella's Royal Table is right up there at the top of my list of favourite meals to experience whilst at Walt Disney World. There is just something magical about eating a meal inside the Castle, looking out over Fantasyland and being greeted by Disney Princesses at the same time.

It is indeed included on the Disney Dining Plan but does require two table-service dining credits per person. Gratuities are included and you also receive one professional imaging package for groups of up to 4 paying guests. This includes one 6" x 8" and four 4" x 6" prints along with one 6" x 8" print of Cinderella Castle all in a Cinderella-themed photo holder which is a lovely keepsake.

As chief planner of our holidays, I am always making sure that during our stay we include lots of activities that I know my Partner & 7 year-old Son will enjoy. Dining at Cinderella's Royal Table is something which I absolutely love to do and they have always been more than happy to go along with me and in actual fact really enjoy our meals there.

Due to its popularity, I would highly recommend that you make an advanced dining reservation as soon as you are able to (up to 180 days prior to your visit) You will be required to guarantee payment with a valid credit card at the time of booking but as you are on the Disney Dining Plan no charges will be made to your card unless you fail to show for seating and have not cancelled your reservation.

I think of it as a once in a lifetime experience and am sure that you would all have a fantastic time!
