    My family is looking to visit the parks in 2017 and we would like to know when would be the best time to visit around Feb. /March? We are trying to avoid large crowds . Also when is spring break?

    Hi Dena!

    There are so many factors that determine crowd size at Walt Disney World, it's pretty tough to accurately predict how many people will be there at any given time. Typically, though, numbers are smaller during times school is in session and larger when school is out for holidays or breaks. You will usually find larger crowds, for example, during the months schools have summer vacations as well as during the weeks of spring break. Since people come to Walt Disney World from all over the country (as well as abroad) it is possible to run into spring break crowds anytime during March and April. For that reason, if I were planning a trip, I would lean towards February or the first week of March. My family has actually had great luck with crowds during this time--I hope you do, too!
