As much as I love a magical vacation to
Walt Disney World, what's even better is bringing many family members and friends along with me. You are in for such an exciting trip!
I love to nose around WDW's website to see our options for future visits, so I know you've got lots of combinations to consider for yours. Prices will always vary on your details, so if you adjust some of them, you'll see the impact that has on cost.
Just to get a general idea of a the total for a family of four, I entered your arrival date on the Walt Disney World website's Places to Stay tab, then selected
Disney's All-Star Music Resort, and set two children at ages 10 and 12. For a 6-night stay in a standard room plus a 7-Day Ticket with Admission to 1 Park Per Day per person, the total is currently around $4,710. Depending on how many rooms you'll need and the number of nights you'll stay, this gives you an idea of what the total cost might be for your group of 12.
If you'd like to add a
Quick-Service Dining Plan, the total for that package is around $6,214. Keep in mind that there are several other variables that impact pricing, too. For example, the number of nights of your stay, the number of park days you'd like, if you'd like to add the Park Hopper Option to your
Theme Park Ticket, and the ages of the kids at the time of travel will impact your package total. Anyone under 3? No park ticket needed. Children between ages 3 and 9? Their Dining Plan costs are lower. Not staying on a Friday or Saturday night? Sunday through Thursday rates save money. Little nuances can vary your price significantly, so play around with options to find what's right for you.
Other considerations include adding a Table-Service Dining Plan or
Memory Maker photo package. While both increase the total package cost, we find that when we use these wisely, they save us money in the end. This makes our vacation even more worry-free: we've prepaid for most things before even checking in!
