Our family is looking to reserve a multi-day double stroller rental. Is it something that we can reserve and pay for ahead of time, or do we have to secure the multi-day rental upon entering the first park during our trip?

    Hi Lauren!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by with such a great question!

Strollers are available to rent at all four Theme Parks and Disney Springs. You can rent either a Single or Double Stroller by the day or for a Multi-Day (length of stay) rate. If you choose to rent the stroller for the visit's length, you will show your receipt at the rental location to receive your stroller for the day. When renting a stroller from the Walt Disney World Resort, it is essential to know that you can't remove the stroller from the Theme Park. If your children are young, this may be something to consider when deciding on stroller rental. At the end of a long Theme Park day, my children were always quite tired. The walk to the bus stop for Complimentary Resort Transportation often resulted in us carrying our children all of the way.

I have always found the strollers available for rent at the Theme Parks a bit uncomfortable for my kids. Therefore, I typically rent a stroller from a third party. ScooterBug is a Disney Featured Provider, meaning your stroller will be dropped off to your Resort hotel (if you are staying at the Walt Disney World Resort), and you won't have to be present at drop off. You can pick up the stroller at Bell Services and also drop it off before your departure. This will allow you to have the stroller with you at all times. The strollers also tend to be quite comfortable for the kids and often recline so they can nap in them if needed. I also highly recommend Kingdom Stroller Rentals and Orlando Stroller Rentals.  If you choose either of them, be sure to talk with them about their pickup and drop-off policies, as they are different than renting with ScooterBug. Lastly, if you choose to rent through a third party, you can often include a case of water with your rental, which will save you money while at the Walt Disney World Resort.

I hope that you and your family have the most magical time!
