    Hi, my family is looking for a new place to have dinner at DTD. We have eaten at TRex, Planet H. and Pollo Campero. What would you suggest for a 1TS meal for me, my DH, DS 12, and DD 9. Quality of food is important to us, but so is theming/view. Thanks

    Sorry for the delay in answering your question, I was at Disney World for 5 days!

    When using the Dining Plan at Downtown Disney, be sure you select a restaurant that accepts the plan. I'm not sure if you are eating there in 2011 or 2012. Currently, my favorite Table Service restaurants that accept the plan in 2011 at Downtown Disney are:

    Wolfgang Puck Cafe (first floor only) - Wolfgang Puck offers delicious a chic setting with delicious food.

    Cap 'n Jacks Restaurant -  I like this restaurant because my family enjoys seafood. Many of the tables here offer a panoramic view of the Buena Vista Lagoon, which would give you the neat view that you are looking for.

    Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant -  I would save this for a parents night out, as it is more of a traditional pub theme.
