    I have a family of 5 (4, 11 and 13) looking to go to Disney World end of August to beginning of September..Is this a bad time (weather wise)?

    Hi Becky!

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.  It will still be hot and humid in September, and it will definitely still be hot and humid in August.  Some guests absolutely love that about Florida; I'm from the North East and I typically wear shorts in the winter, so my least favorite time of the year to visit Walt Disney World is the summer.  Though I have to admit that my family and I do enjoy visiting Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon in the summer.

    Also, you are getting into hurricane season about that time of year, though Walt Disney World has only been impacted a couple of times by a hurricane.
