My family and I are looking forward to our upcoming visit to WDW. However, one of my children has Celiac Disease and is a very picky eater. What restaurants offer gluten free pasta and gluten free mac and cheese without making a reservation?

    Hi Charline!

Walt Disney World takes special diets very seriously and offer a great variety of options for Guests, just like your child, with restrictions or allergies.

I'd recommend that you visit some online, non-Disney affiliated, 'Disney Fan Sites' like allergyfreemouse.com for great researched and compiled listings of celiac-friendly and gluten free dining options around the Walt Disney World Parks. You'll find a full and up to date listing of locations and foods offered, including Mac and Cheese in Columbia Harbor House at Magic Kingdom.

If you'd like to speak to a Special Diets specialist Cast Member, email your request for information to Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com and you'll receive a personal response to your questions. You can also visit the Special Dietary Requests page on the Walt Disney World website.

If making table service dining reservations online, be sure to indicate the allergy or intolerance with your reservation and your Server will know right away to advise you of the menu offerings available.

Wishing you a simply Magical time on your Walt Disney World vacation Charline!
