    My family is looking forward to stay at a Disney resort from May 11 - 18 and buying 6 theme park tickets with water park and sports. My daughter will be turning 10 on May 16th. Is she eligible for 3 to 9 aged kids’ offers or should I take adult ticket?

     Welcome to planDisney, Ammu. Oh gosh, I'm SO excited to hear you're planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation with your family this May! Yay!

     The only thing more magical than a Disney vacation is a birthday celebration on a Disney vacation! I'm pleased to tell you that if your daughter is 9-years old upon arrival, she'll be considered that age for the length of your stay. Be sure to request a complimentary birthday button when you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel. It makes for a great souvenir and while wearing it, your daughter will receive well wishes from Cast Members and Guests alike!

     You are going to love experiencing the Disney Resorts Collection. My favorite thing about staying at a Disney Resort hotel is that you're immersed in the magic of storytelling, even after you've left the theme parks! If you haven't selected a Disney Resort hotel yet, I very much recommend you listen to or watch Tips for Selecting Your Next Disney Resort | planDisney Podcast Episode 5. You'll hear lots of great advice on how to pick the right Disney Resort hotel for your family. My kids always prioritize the hotel pools - an afternoon dip is the perfect way to escape that afternoon Orlando heat!
