My family is looking forward to returning to Aulani, which is not our home resort. The booking website says that reservations booked online are limited to 7 days. How do you recommend booking a stay longer than 7 days, if we have enough points?

    Hi David,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for asking us a question, my fellow Disney Vacation Club Member!

Aulani Resort really is a magical place, one that allows Guests to combine the wonder (and amazing service) of Disney with the beauty of Hawai’I and O’ahu, all in a single vacation. The fact that you’re hoping to stay there for longer makes me have one question for you… Can you take me with you??

All kidding aside, from what I understand, you have two options if you’d like to book a stay that is longer than 7 nights at Aulani. You can book back-to-back reservations online for a maximum of 7 nights each, but that means that you’ll have to wait for both of your 7-month Booking Windows to open, a week apart. That really isn’t ideal, especially if you’re hoping to travel during a busier time of year.

Your second option would be to contact Member Services in order to have them help you make your reservation. I’d recommend proceeding this way because they should be able to help you with your entire reservation, availability permitting. Sometimes, speaking to a Cast Member really is the best way to help resolve an issue!

I hope my answer helps you plan the perfect stay in paradise for you and your family! Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
