Hi there, Abigail. I'm so glad you've stopped by
planDisney to chit-chat about your first visit to the
Most Magical Place on Earth. You are going to have such a great time, I am so excited for you!
Abigail, I think it is really nice of your sister to want to purchase tickets for the rest of the family to pass along the Florida resident discount since it is such a great deal. However, in order to use the
Florida resident tickets all Guests over the age of 18 have to verify their residency at Walt Disney World before the ticket can be activated for use. So, unfortunately, this won't work out for the adults in your group since you all live in different states. For all Guests ages 18 and older using a Florida resident ticket they will be required to provide
proof of residency by showing a valid Florida driver’s license (must have a Florida address), a valid Florida state-issued ID card (must have a Florida address) or a valid Florida-based military ID.
Abigail, for everyone else you are looking at purchasing a regular
Walt Disney World Park Hopper ticket. You can do this online and then link them to your
MyDisneyExperience account after your purchase. The next step is to make your
park pass reservations. These are like a virtual placeholder in line at the Walt Disney World Them Park you'd like to visit each day since the theme parks are still operating at a limited capacity. Park hopping hours now start at 2:00 p.m. and last until each park closes in the evening. To park hop, you must visit the theme park with the park pass reservation first, Abigail. This sort of "activates" your park hopper feature each day. To make park hopping a little bit more convenient, park-to-park bus transportation is currently being provided.
Abigail, I hope this helps! If you have other planning questions along the way, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm here to help!
Enjoy!
