    My family last visited WDW Jan. 2010. When I was planning our trip Disney offered a Personalized Itinerary Planner where I could put in which park we were visiting on which day and other info I would need to know for the day. Does Disney still offer this?

    Hi, Karen! I think you are talking about the wonderful "My Itinerary" feature.  I'm sorry to report that it was removed from the website in the spring, and we haven't see it since.  It was a great feature and many Guests really miss it.  I have just reverted to my old way of doing things and type up my itineraries on a spreadsheet.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
