Hi there, Tyla! Thanks so much for bringing this question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so excited that you are considering a visit to the Disneyland Resort.
Taking little ones to the parks is a great idea! I've been taking my daughter since she was 18 months old, and we always have an amazing time. I love experiencing the Disneyland Resort through her eyes and not only do I have treasured memories of all our trips, but she even remembers many, many things about our adventures as well.
There are lots of things that your kids can do at the parks! Many
attractions do not have height restrictions which means that even your infant can ride with you on such attractions like "it's a small world," Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Jungle Cruise, Storybook Land Canal Boats, and many more. There are also plenty of
characters to be found that your children might be interested in meeting. From princesses, to Mickey and all his pals, to our friends from Toy Story, characters are around nearly every corner. Then there's the entertainment. For instance,
Storytelling at Royal Theatre features the stories of Beauty and the Beast and Tangled that are a joy for the whole family.
Finally, when it's time for a diaper change, check out the
Baby Care Centers located in each park. They offer a cool and relaxing place to change your baby, nurse or feed your baby, and even sell over-the-counter medications and other baby necessities.
I hope you and your family have a magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
