    Our family of 5 (kids 7, 5 and 21 mths) is making our first trip to Disney during the first week of Oct. What is the weather typically like during this week?Also trying to decide if we should do the MNSHP...has anyone done this?

    Love to see that you are planning ahead because your vacation will be here before you know it!  Planning for the weather is always super important for me so I'll be prepared and know what to pack.

    Here are the averages for the month of October:
    * Average high temperature: 84.6
    * Average low temperature: 65.8
    * Average precipitation: 2.42

    Keep in mind that these are averages so it can vary. Right before your trip, check out the 10-day forecast at www.weather.com.  You can search the forecast for Disney World to see if there are any crazy weather patterns predicted during your visit.
