I have a family of 7 3 kids 14,5, 6 months old and 5 adults. Is there one room that accommodate us

Ahoy! Thank you for bringing your Disney Cruise Line question over to planDisney. It sounds like you are just starting to plan a magical sailing for your entire crew, so let me give you an overview of the available stateroom options.

Disney Cruise Line offers four different main stateroom types: Inside, Oceanview, Verandah, and Concierge. If you will be sailing as a larger group, then you may want to compare the price points and sleeping arrangements found within each of those categories to decide what works best for your specific needs. All staterooms are designed to accommodate at least three people, but the largest concierge-level suites can sleep up to seven guests. The main bed in each stateroom cannot be split into two separate beds, but there is a convertible sofa bed if you need two different sleeping spaces within the same room. Cribs are provided at no extra charge, but they are subject to availability and should be requested well in advance of setting sail.

Since infants are included in the occupancy count, you would need at least two staterooms if you have three kids and five adults in your crew. Some connecting staterooms are available, which may be the best way for you to keep everyone together and still have enough space. Although the website allows you to book up to four staterooms for the same cruise on your own, I recommend calling Disney Cruise Line directly or contacting a travel agent to assist you in figuring out the best stateroom options once you pick your desired itinerary and sailing dates. They will be able to discuss the available stateroom options, book the full number of staterooms that you need, and ensure that all of your reservations are connected to provide a seamless experience once you set sail.

As you start planning, I also wanted to mention that the minimum age to set sail for most itineraries is 6 months old at the time of embarkation. However, certain longer itineraries do require the smallest guests to be at least one year old at the time of embarkation, so be sure to check the minimum age requirements for your desired sailing dates if you are looking to set sail with your youngest in the next few months.

I hope you are able to find the perfect Disney cruise and stateroom options for your entire sailing party.  If you have any more questions about where magic meets the sea, we are always ready to help at planDisney. Happy sailing!
