Hello, my family, kids, grandmas will soon be visiting - my mother-in-law suffers from advanced spinal stenosis and has trouble standing for long periods of time - someone told me if she gets a note from her doctor, she may be eligible for a medical pass?

Disney makes every effort to provide each guest with a magical experience. If guests require additional aid to assist them with any special needs they may be eligible for a Guest Assistance Card or (GAC). The GAC permits park visitors requiring special needs to avoid certain lines and other assistance to allow them to enjoy the parks. Guests seeking the GAC need not bring a physicians note but it will greatly assist the guest services cast member in determining how to best assist. Upon arrival at the parks head on over to Guest Services and speak to the friendly cast members. A GAC will permit the person and others with them the assistance so the whole group can stay together. I hope this helps you and your family enjoy a magical day at the Happiest Place on Earth. I can't wait to see you at the parks.
