Hi! We´re a family of 5. Kids: 6, 4 and 2. While doing hotel search, some of them do not ¨qualify¨under my plan becasue ¨the party exceeds room ocuppancy¨. Should I modify my party to 4? My 2year old sleeps with us, so, two double

    Hi Lucimar,

It is very exciting to hear you are planning your next Walt Disney World vacation.  I love browsing through the hotel pictures and choosing which resort we will visit next.  I had this exact thing happen to me when I was pricing rooms once, but don't worry, you are correct and your 2-year-old should't count in your room occupancy total.  I was trying to book my family of five at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and was receiving the same message.  I simply called the Disney Reservations number and they were able to assist me in pricing rooms and making my reservation.  You can reach a lovely cast member at (407) 939-1936.  I would definitely not recommend leaving your child off of your reservation.  They need to be included for several important reasons including fire safety, package pricing, and planning.  I hope you have a wonderful vacation and please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren
