We're a family of 7 with 5 kiddos that will range in ages from 14-5 when we visit in Dec. A couple of my children don't eat much, & I was wondering if they could split a meal (QS or TS) and only use one of their credits on the DDP. I'd hat

    Hello, Holly!

As a family of seven, I TOTALLY understand your question!  I have several picky eaters myself.

On the Disney Dining Plan, you are not allowed to share meal credits at a Table Service restaurant. Each person is required to have their own meal. However, you can split Quick Service restaurant meals much easier because you can walk up and order your food with a Cast Member at a kiosk. The Cast Member does not count each guest in your party. When I plan my family meals on our Disney vacations, we can stretch an extra breakfast or lunch during our entire stay by sharing our Quick Service meals.

All I know is that you all are going to have an unforgettable time on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!  If you have other questions, please let me know!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
