Hi, we have another family joining us in our Disney World vacation and they booked separately from us and we were wondering if we can have our rooms next to each other or at least in the same section.

Welcome to planDisney, Olga! One of the best ways to experience the Walt Disney World Resort is with a large group! We have visited with multiple families during previous vacations! It is fun to have adjoining rooms or at least be within proximity of each other! My kids always enjoyed having their grandparents or cousins just down the hallway!

Guests wishing to make special requests regarding accommodations at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, can call (407)-939-5277. If you already have a reservation, be prepared to share your reservation number. While they will not be able to guarantee rooms within proximity, they will do their best to honor your request. At times, our requests have been honored and at other times they haven’t been able to accommodate our request. If for some reason your request isn’t honored, don’t be too upset! You are going to have plenty of time to spend together as you enjoy the Disney Parks, Disney Springs, the resort, and dining experiences!
