Hi!!! My family is very interested in a disney cruise. My dad keeps saying that he has heard about hidden costs?? Once u pay for the cruise what else will you have to pay for afterwards? What is included in the price u pay for the cruise?

    Hi Jackie!

Your dad sounds like my husband.  Boy, oh boy, you should have heard all the questions he had for me when I booked our first Disney cruise a few years ago!  I can happily tell you that almost everything is included in the price of your Disney cruise!  Your meals, non-alcoholic beverages, entertainment, and events.  If you are on a cruise that sails to Disney's beautiful, private island, Castaway Cay, that's included too!

Really, the only extras that you would have to pay for are alcoholic beverages, specialty coffees, port adventures and gratuities.  If there is a child under the age of three in your party, you will also have an extra charge if you decide to drop the child off at the nursery. The rest of the youth clubs are also included in the cost of the cruise.  The adults only restaurants, Palo and Remy are extraordinary.  There is an extra charge for dining at these restaurants, but it's definitely worth it.  Trust me on that one!

Tell your dad that I'm getting ready for my 5th cruise, and my husband is more excited than I am.  Please let me know if you have any other questions.  I'm happy to help!  Have a wonderful time planning and sailing!!
