My family and in-laws each booked package for Nov '13. We were able to apply a pin code for free dining in MIL's name to both rooms. If for some reason, in-laws are unable to make the trip and have to cancel, will we be able to keep our current offer? thx

    Hi Ryan,

In double checking with the Walt Disney Travel Company, they confirmed that the person who received the pin code must be present at check-in. In the event of extenuating circumstances, you can always call 407-W-DISNEY and ask to speak with a supervisor in reservations. There's no guarantee that an exception can or will be made, but it's always worth a try to ask. Sending positive thoughts that everything works out so you can all enjoy a family vacation together.

    Wishing you a wonderful vacation,
