    Our family has increased and I need to purchase two more personalized Disney pins for the newest arrivals. I cannot find pins that can be personalized anywhere on the online store. Where can they be found now?

    Hi Victoria!

    I am not sure what personalized pins you might be talking about. I know for my own family we would find the Disney pins with our names on them in the stores once we arrived. If this is what you are referring to then I am sure you can also hunt them down in the large World of Disney store in Disney Springs or MouseGear in Epcot. Those are my two favorite shopping stops when hunting for that something special. The Magic Kingdom Emporium might also have a selection of pins with names. Also check with the large pin store in Disney Springs to see if they have anything that can be personalized.

    If you are still stumped then ask a cast member to investigate and see if they can hunt down what you need that might be at another location. If they find it they can even arrange to have it shipped to your resort for you.

    Again if this is not what you have bought in the past head to one of these larger merchandise stores when you arrive and discuss what it is you are looking for. You can try calling but sometimes if you have the actual pin or a picture to share it is easier for them to do the hunting! Although Disney tries to keep the larger shops carrying every item it isn't always the case so be sure and get a cast member's assistance.
