my family, which includes 2 adults and two kids, ages 17 and 5. are planning a trip to wdw in late june til july 6th, should i take some bug repellant. any suggestions on what park we should visit first. Also, any money saving tips would be nice. thnks

    Hi ya, Linner!

Walt Disney World has one of the word's best pest management programs. This is coming from a guy who screams like a little girl at bees. Uh huh. You heard me.

Leave the bug repellant at home unless you are staying at Fort Wilderness. Bugs are nothing to worry about on your vacation.

First day there? Magic Kingdom. It's the quintessential park and the #1 thing you probably think of when you think about Disney World.

There are loads of things you can do to save money. Here are a few of my favorite ideas:
    • Bring granola bars, cereal bars, bread, etc. in your suitcase. Eat them for breakfast in your room.
    • Share meals that have large portions.
    • Eat a late lunch rather than an early dinner (menus are usually the same but prices are a little lower at lunchtime.)
    • Get free ice water from any quick service or snack stand rather than shelling out money for a different kind of beverage.
