My family (husband, 2 daughters (5 & 17) are planning to go in early 2012. My daughter graduates from High School in December 2011 and starts college on January 17, 2012. How is the weather, attendance, etc...in the first two weeks of January? thanks

Once you get over New Year's Eve, the park crowds tend to clear out as more guests return back to school and work, so the crowds will be lower.  However, the Disney Marathon is January 5-8, 2012, which will cause a burst in the crowds.

The average temperature is 61 degrees with an average of 6 days of rain.

Overall, it is a nice time to travel.

I think a celebration trip to mark your daughter's graduation sounds perfect!
