    My family (husband, 7,5 &2y/o) will be visiting Disney December 2010 for the first time. We are staying at the PCR; I've heard that it is not the cleanest resort. Anyone has suggestions/experiences to share about value resorts. Is there a better res

    Hi Sandra!

     I think each person will have their own opinions and experiences with any resort, be it a value or deluxe resort. I've stayed at Pop Century resort a few times, and it happens to be my family's favorite value resort. I've have been fortunate to not have any bad experiences there. I can be a bit particular about cleanliness, too. If it helps, we really like and often stay in the 70's building, and some of the Preferred rooms are located in this building. Like I said, experiences vary from person to person, but if you encounter a situation that you are not happy with, calmly let a cast member at your resort know. I'm sure they will do what they can, within reason, to help accommodate you. Hopefully you'll be happy with your resort stay and you'll have a magical vacation!
