    Family (Husband, almost 3 year old,inlaws and myself) will be coming down for 4 days. Just wondering if there is an average amount of spending money typically recommened per person. We already have the meal plan so it will just be for fun stuff. Thans

    Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World. As you can imagine, this question is really a question of preference. If you intend to allow your little one to have carte blanche and have every cute little Disney toy they see well, lets just say, I hope your credit card is empty.(Lol!) You should expect to pay for all gratuities for your table service meals and any alcoholic beverages while visiting WDW. Plan to purchase a moderate amount of souvenirs. You probably will not escape purchasing Mickey Mouse Ears and a few take home items. I suggest you budget about $50-$100 per day for your family. A few quick notes: Don't forget to utilize your snacks from the Disney Dining Plan in the parks. When you need a bottle of water use your Dining Plan allotments. That saves on your cash output. Limit the impulse souvenirs. Take a day or a half of a day to shop. You may get more inclined to purchase more as your trip comes to a close, so save it until the end to limit your spending.



    Of course, plan your budget according to your own glass ceiling. Just remember to not stress over it and use all of your benefits fully and you should be just fine.
