My family (hubby & kiddo) are staying on a resort property but will have family members visiting us who are not staying on the resort with us. How do I add them to my dining reservations (assuming room is available at our table) without them being gues

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, April!

To add Guests to your dining reservation, I recommend calling the dining specialists at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463. They will be able to help you determine the availability to modify your current reservation, even if your parents aren't staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. If they need to, they can also help you explore other options so your family can enjoy a meal together. My dad decided to join us on our vacation at the last minute one year and the fairy godmother who helped me when I called suggested moving a few of our meal times slightly (10-15 minutes) so she could successfully add him to all of our meals. If there is no availability to add your family to your reservation currently, you could consider trying to get a second reservation for them at the same restaurant. Also, Guests will continue to update their plans as their trip gets closer. So if you can't get the reservations you would like, continue to check back. During our last trip, I was able to find some fantastic reservations 24-48 hours in advance of our meal.

Please let us know if you have any other questions. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
