Me and my family are heading to Walt Disney World during the Christmas and New Years weeks. I was wondering which of the parks has the best fireworks for New Years Eve?

This is the New Year's Eve your family will talk about for years afterward because no one ushers in the new year like Disney!

Obviously all the fireworks displays for New Year's Eve in Walt Disney World are extraordinary, but the Magic Kingdom is the classic choice for the best pyrotechnics. This park typically fills to capacity and stops admitting guests on New Year's Eve so arrive early in the day to guarantee a spot. Epcot also provides spectacular fireworks along with the Illuminations show on New Year's Eve. Since this theme park is larger and usually less crowded you might prefer to view the fireworks show here.

Consider ringing in the new year at Downtown Disney or Disney's BoardWalk. Crowds will be significantly smaller and you can see fireworks from multiple parks if you find the right vantage spot.

Enjoy a magical celebration to welcome 2013!
